Commercial Office Space Fit-Out
Trident does work on commercial office spaces as well as large scale amenity floors across NYC. Trident has built out all types of cooling and heating distribution systems for our commercial clients.
For this project Trident installed ceiling hung evaporators to provide zoned cooling in a downtown NYC office building. The variable refrigerant volume evaporators will be ducted to linear diffusers mounted in new sheetrock ceilings. The evaporators are piped to a water cooled condenser and connected together through a central refrigerant flow control device. This technology is typical for Trident to install in modern commercial offices because of its ability to provide on demand cooling and reduce energy consumption.
Medical Facility HVAC Build-Out
Trident has recently finished construction on an open ceiling ductwork distribution for a medical facility in Long Island. The central ductwork has been installed with fiberglass insulation, acoustic lining — for sound control, and an aesthetic white vinyl duct wrap as per the client's request. Trident installed variable air volume boxes to meet the cooling requirements of the space throughout varying occupancy conditions.
Trident ensures all noise requirements are fulfilled and the system is balanced to the proper diffuser setpoints. The Trident team supervises all stages of the construction process and delivers high quality outcomes for all our mechanical contracting projects.
